US Weekly reports:

The VH1 reality star accused of killing his model ex-wife was found dead in a motel in Canada today, police confirm.

It appears Ryan Jenkins “took his own life,” Royal Canadian Mounted Police Sgt. Duncan Pound tells the Vancouver Sun.

Earlier Sunday afternoon, Mounties confirmed to media that Jenkins was hiding out in western Canada.

Jenkins was charged Aug. 20 with the murder of Jasmine Fiore, whose strangled body was found stuffed in a suitcase and discarded in a dumpster in Buena Park, Calif. Aug. 15. The coroner had to identify Fiore by her breast implants because her teeth and fingers had been removed by her killer to “hinder law enforcement’s ability to identify her,” DA spokesperson Farrah Emami tells Us.
