Remember I told you all about the Baltimore mayor who stole those gift cards meant for the poor? Well Sheila Dixon, Baltimore’s first  Black female mayor, was acquitted of a felony theft charge but may have to leave office. Dixon “lifted” $630 worth of gift cards! Aint that scandalous?

Her lawyers placed blame  on area developer Ronald Lipscomb. He is allegedly married and was pouring on the gifts for Dixon which included gift cards sent anonymously. Dixon is claiming she thought these gift cards were from him. He was known for taking her on shopping sprees and sending her flowers. This is just a mess!
