Last night was a great night for the community of actors and actresses I love! I try to watch all of the red carpet specials and I have noticed that Black folks don’t get the red-carpet love they deserve so I thought I would dedicate this best and worst dressed list to the many African-American actors and actresses! That being said, I will include everyone! Lets start with the “What were you thinking list!”
Sorry Charlize! You look like you have on some old comforter set! Pillow shams, bed skirt.. the whole nine!
Nick is probably my best dressed male but his wife looks terrible. She looks like an ice skater. Not feeling it! This dress belongs on someone’s sexy grandma.. not a pop star! She could wear this in 20 years and be the belle of the ball but not in 2010! Sorry Mariah!
I just don’t get this. I love you Zoe. I really do but this dress looks like 2 different dresses combined and it looks like its not your size! I think it’s the halter area that ruins the party for me… I can’t decide! She doesn’t look AWEFUL but something about this dress isn’t cracking to me! Sorry ZOE!
Maggie. Maggie. Maggie. For the love of ALL killer whales.. NO! No! No! I can deal with the top but the whole things looks like cheap art!
God knows I love SJP but I didn’t know WHAT she had on… It was too much! The back had all kinds of things going on. I like her simple!
Now on to Best Dressed Men:
Jamie Foxx always does a good job of bringing texture to the red carpet! I love the look on him! Not something I would try to pull off but that’s why I like it so much for him!
I enjoy when Diddy looks his age. Thats all I will say! Well, I’ll say that I am indifferent about this look! It’s not bad but he doesn’t look better than Jamie or Nick Cannon!
