Growing up, there were a few words we didn’t get to say! We were told that “Saints kids” acted differently. Anything that reminded the old folks of a curse word was not to be said! Here are a few!

1. Dang. Nope. Too much like “damn.” That word isn’t even a curse word… but nope.. don’t be heard saying it!

2. Huh? This is what you thought but NOT what you said. It came out sounding a lot more like, “Yes ma’am.”

3. What? Ever been in the grocery store and heard a kid respond to his/her parents with such a term? NEVER@!

4. Shoot! No, we don’t do violence! I’m not letting my kids use this word either. Too much like that other four-letter word!

5. Gosh! Couldnt use those word at all! Usually, it was use to communicate frustration. Nope. You weren’t allowed to be frustrated! LOL!

6. Jeez. Nope! Tooo much like saying the Lord’s name in vain. Not happening!
