I love cupcakes but not just any cupcake… It has to be one from Sacramento’s Icing on the Cupcake! No spot compares! Most of all, I enjoy the wonderful staff there! They are always kind and FUN! I can’t say I have ever gone there and not enjoyed the “talk.” I personally prefer the “Snow Ball,” which is available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays but that is just me! Go there!
