According to CBS;
During the custody proceeding Wade claimed Siohvaughn could not “be considered a fit and proper person” to raise their children. The All-Star said his wife exhibited threatening behavior, had extramarital affairs, used abusive parenting methods and was unwilling to let the 2006 NBA finals MVP see his children.
I find this to be incredible. I admit that I do not know Dwyane’s ex-wife but I know that it is rare that men pursue custody AND win. This makes me happy. I think it sends a great message. Black men have been getting beat down by the media, Black women and even the court system for years for not be responsible parents. It’s great to see strong Black men fighting to parent their children.

I can’t take all of this for one day! So some of you know Dwyane for his athletic prowess…. or Gabby’s man… but ex-wife Siohvaughn Wave says he gave her Chlamydia and that he is nasty! (P.S. Gabby… you know what you need to do, right?) Well, Wade’s rep says Wade doesn’t have the STD and that the ex-wife got it from elsewhere. In the meantime, Dwyane wants full custody of the kids, claiming that Siohvaughn has found some odd religion that he doesn’t want his kids around. According to reports, Wade says he sent his sister over to pick up the kids and Siohvaughn and a clan of women made a circle around her and started praying…I can’t!
