Kobe Bryant’s Wife Demands Championships from Kobe
I had no idea that Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa Bryant was so… Well. I am not sure what to call her! Vanessa shares in an upcoming issue of New York Magazine that she has high expectations for her husband’s productivity on the course.
“I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships. If you’re sacrificing time away from my family and myself for the benefit of winning championships, then winning a championship should happen every single year.”
I’m not really sure what to make of this. I do think it’s silly that she would have such high expectations when the thing she should value the most is the check he brings home. Maybe she connects the two? Either way, I think it is completely silly and not something you share with the media. What if he said he shared an unrealistic expectation about her duties? What if he said he wanted her to be super mom… with no nanny, house cleaning staff, etc. He could! He is the one bringing in the money! Let me digress,.

[Interview] Lamar Odom Emotional about Lakers Trade
I can empathize. It’s sad to leave a family that you have built so many memories and moments with. The bad part of this interview (for me) is that he needs to remember he is a professional! If he goes to New Orleans, he will need to perform at the same level or people will call him a loser for giving up. This interview doesn’t make me feel that he would be a positive boost to New Orleans morale. Whatever the case, I wish he and his family the best!
I don’t think its wise to blame being on television. Many people are on television… and for far worse reasons! He’s a Kardashian… one of the more loved members, from my perspective. the discussion and the trade are all results of the fact that the Lakers feel like they have the same or greater value without him. Period.

Although superstar singer, Monica and NBA baller, Shannon Brown have been officially married for a few months, they have not had the public ceremony. Over 300 special guests received their wedding invites this week and I found a photo of them to share! I am happy for Monica and Shannon! Shannon’s team sucks but at least he got a good woman!

I don’t watch this show… but some of you really enjoy it! Season 3 is right around the corner and I have the scoop on the new basketball wife! The good news is that she is a REAL basketball wife! Her name is Meeka Claxton. She is married to retired point guard Speedy Claxton. Remember him? No? Okay. I do.

I like this here Khloe and Lamar show! They are cute and MARRIED! I figured that since they were ALLEGEDLY only engaged for a few weeks… Let me stop right here. Kris Jenner is a genius. I doubt that Khloe and Lamar were only messing around for that short of time! Kris has this hidden! ALL her kids are making reality show money!

Jay-Z Under Investigation by the… NBA!
If you are going to be a business man, you have to know ALL the rules. apparently Jay-Z forgot he was part owner of the New Jersey Nets and took a trip to the Kentucky Basketball teams locker room after a game. Thats a no-no in the NBA! It all happened at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, where the Ne Jersey Nets play. Jay forgot that it’s against NBA rules for team personnel to chop it up with players who aren’t yet draft eligible.
Got love for Jay… but I am going to need him to know better! he likely to just get a slap on the wrist from the NBA.
